These days, this term has become more and more popular especially when we talk about online marketing. In this fast paced world, when there are more things to do with our business than time to manage it, outsourcing it really isn't bad idea after all.

What is Outsourcing?

Outsourcing is getting a pool of people with different skill-sets which work on non-core tasks of your business. This leaves you free to do tasks which you really made that business for; That way you can focus your time and effort on the very aspect of your business.

Business Process Outsourcing refers to a specific business function is outsourced to a service provider. The service provider may be either self-owned or a third party. Common services provided by the BPOs are Web Design/Development, Data Entry, Search Engine Optimization, Inventory Management, E-commerce Transaction Report.

In the Philippines, outsourcing (BPO) continues to grow. In fact, the growth is said to be unstoppable as it is expected to accelerate in the first half, with many companies committing to expand faster that expected.
